This Viper GTS ACR features both the Competition Equipment, and Comfort Equipment Groups which add 5-point racing harnesses, low restriction air cleaner, competition suspension, dash plaque, ACR badge; as well as air conditioning. This Viper also boasts quite a few performance and styling modifications like the unique Hennessey Venom 650R body kit, Forgestar 19” Forged wheels, HyperCo Lowering Springs, Custom Carbon Fiber Intake Box, Custom Center Console, Custom Audio Setup with a Custom Dual Subwoofer enclosure, and much more.



Power comes from a rowdy 8.0-liter V10, which puts out 460 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque. The engine spins the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission.



Introduced for the 1996 model year, the second-generation SR II Viper featured a switch to dual rear exit exhaust pipes and was 60 lbs. lighter than its predecessor thanks to many steel components being replaced with aluminum items. The GTS was released as a new coupe version later in the same model year with a "double-bubble" roof design similar to the Shelby Daytona. The SR II was the first Viper to be equipped with airbags, and the 2001 model was the first Viper to be fitted with an anti-lock braking system.
